Suggested Use:
Mix 1 serving 24g (2 slightly heaped scoops) with 200-250ml of cold water and consume 15-20 minutes before exercise. Naughty Boy Menace contains 400mg of Caffeine per serving. Do not consume more than 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.
